How long does a typical re-roof take?
Most residential re-roofs take 2 to 5 days from tear-off to clean-up, depending on the size of the roof, the material, and the weather. You get a specific timeline in writing before work starts.
Do you use your own crew, or subcontract?
Every install is done by our own crew. We don't subcontract — that's how we keep control of quality, schedule, and the warranty.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we hold an active California contractor's license, carry a contractor's bond, and full workers' compensation insurance. We'll send copies before any work begins.
What's your warranty?
We offer a written workmanship warranty on every installation, on top of the manufacturer's warranty on the materials themselves.
